I had a good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was MARVELLOUS very close to the central station and the port, the centre of Naples and the Amalfi coast. The staff were very welcoming and amicable the whole time of my stay. Here I spent 3 nights and loved being in this place.

The room we were upgraded to at no charge was brand-new and had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a television. the hotel's location was central, near the neighborhood. the central district was worth exploring.

My recent stay at this hotel was excellent! the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the central train station in Naples. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was spotless, modern, and had great amenities. the bed was comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep. the breakfast at the nearby bar was delicious, providing a traditional Italian start to the day. a great value for the price and highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples.
If there's one minor thing to point out, it would be that the soundproofing between rooms could be improved slightly. But honestly, it didn't affect my overall experience at all.

We loved this hotel; everything is perfect. All the staff members are amiable and very welcoming. the room is big and modern, with all the essentials you need - including a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and climate control. the bed is exceptionally comfortable, really! the location is great and secure; it's in the central district right by the train station and old city centre, the heart of Naples and Napoli.
